By accessing or using the Oya Riyders mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, please do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

You must treat drivers, other riders, and Oya Riyders staff with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

You are responsible for any damage to vehicles caused by your actions during a ride.

All fares and fees are displayed before you confirm a ride. By confirming, you agree to pay the displayed amount plus any applicable surcharges.

We may adjust fares based on factors such as distance, time, traffic conditions, and demand.

Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel a ride after a driver has been assigned. The fee amount will be displayed before cancellation.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Oya Riyders is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or other issues caused by third parties, including drivers.

Our liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant ride.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Nigerian law.

You agree to attempt informal resolution of any dispute by contacting our support team before initiating arbitration.

Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitrations are not permitted under these Terms.
